Environmental Permit Information Management System (EPIMS)

CDFW recommends using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge when using EPIMS. Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari (Apple iOS) are not fully compatible with EPIMS.

  Notifications for Standard Agreements (Cannabis and non-Cannabis), Master Agreements, General Agreements, Gravel, Sand, and Rock Extraction Agreements, Routine Maintenance Agreements, Timber Harvest Agreements, Emergency Work, and Self Certifications must register and use the EPIMS Permitting Portal.
• The EPIMS Document Repository can be used to submit paper (i.e., PDF) requests for LSA Extensions or Amendments (for LSA paper agreements ONLY), California Endangered Species Act (CESA) Incidental Take Permit (ITP) applications, CESA Consistency Determination (CD) request, Statutory Exemption for Restoration Projects (SERP) concurrences, and Habitat Restoration and Enhancement Act (HREA) requests, and Western Joshua Tree Conservation Act ITP applications.
