Notifications for Standard Agreements (Cannabis and non-Cannabis), General Agreements,Gravel, Sand, and Rock Extraction Agreements, Routine Maintenance Agreements, Timber Harvest Agreements, Emergency Work, and Self Certifications must register and use the EPIMS Permitting Portal.
- The EPIMS Document Repository can be used to submit a completed paper (e.g., PDF) notification for other Agreement types, California Endangered Species Act (CESA) Incidental Take Permit (ITP) application, CESA Consistency Determination (CD) request, Statutory Exemption for Restoration Projects (SERP), and Habitat Restoration and Enhancement Act (HREA) request.
